Two, three, and five-day courses on asset management as part of the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management (CHAM) program, covering all aspects of Asset Management of affordable housing (Gould and Weber). Two-day course on selecting and managing a real estate development project team (Elving). Three-week course for NW Online on creative financing strategies, covering such topics as effective structuring of multiple resources, tax increment financing and innovative local or state resources (Elving). One-day course on creative financing strategies, covering such topics as diverse types of tax credits, tax increment financing and resources for foreclosed properties (Elving).National Real Estate Program’s Asset Management Clinic and Portfolio Management classes (Weber). One-day clinic on business planning for real estate development in nonprofit organizations (Gould). One-day course on creating and working in partnerships on development projects (Elving). Classes delivered both at NeighborWorks’ national training institutes, in “place-based” settings and online (both synchronous and asynchronous formats).
