Jennifer Gilbert continues her work in community development through an individual consulting practice and serving as Executive Director of the Kuehn Charitable Foundation (www.kuehncharitable.org). At KCF she guides grantmaking in affordable housing, historic preservation and open space. She additionally oversees the Kuehn Fellowship which builds the bench of next generation leaders in affordable housing. During 2018, her volunteer efforts include championing a Swim Park for the Charles River as well as impact investing through Social Venture Partners Boston.

Laura Russ relocated to Minneapolis and continues her interest in helping real estate developers and owners organize and find meaning in their real estate data by launching a new venture called The Fact Book, LLC (www.TheFactBookApp.com). The Fact Book supports good asset management practices by providing quick-launch software tools and services that simplify and organize real estate information. A user of The Fact Book herself, Laura maintains an asset management role with a local 6,000 unit multifamily owner and manager. Laura also volunteers as an instructor with Better Angels (www.better-angels.org), a bi-partisan network of leaders and organizations that strives to improve our country’s approach to conflict. Most importantly, she loves raising her children near the lakes of Minneapolis.
