Who We Are

VIVA Consulting is a four-person partnership: Louise Elving, Jennifer Gilbert, Laurie Gould and Judy Weber.  Our collective experience spans the community development field:  real estate development, property and asset management, public policy, organizational strategy, finance and growth.   We work individually or in teams, matching our strengths to your needs.
