Sharing lessons learned in a far-ranging practice is an important part of VIVA’s work. In customized trainings for individual firms, at industry conferences, through on-line learning modules and at larger educational forums, we cover property management, asset management, real estate development and financing strategies in shifting financial markets. Among our recent training topics are Innovative Strategies in Real Estate Finance, Advanced Housing Asset Management and Self-Management vs. Third-Party Contracting. Training venues include:
