VIVA principals regularly teach courses and train staff in all aspects of community development. Often, we are asked to speak at industry conferences; however, we can also tailor our offerings to suit the needs of your organization.
Recent work includes:
- Courses in the Certified Housing and Asset Management (CHAM) program and the Asset Management Clinic of NeighborWorks® Multifamily Initiative
- Training for individual public housing authorities, organizations and trade associations in leasing, asset and property management, real estate finance and low-income housing tax credits
- Courses offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management
- Mixed-income marketing and leasing seminars for graduate students in urban studies.
